ACIC Maktab Student Registration 2024-2025

Maktab Registration is now CLOSED

We have reached our capacity limit for all the other grades.
If your child is turning 6 years old (born in 2018), we may able to accept them to our SK class, please send us an email at

Important Notes: 

• Deadline: June 22nd, 2024 at 11:59 pm
• There will be NO extensions after this deadline for registration.
• Registration is not complete until the payment is processed.
• Maktab Fees are non-refundable
• Priority is given to returning students
• Due to capacity limits, Seats are limited to

  • 185 Other Grades Students
• Kindergarten is only accepting Students that are 6 years old or turning 6 years old this year.
• Registration may close early and further registrations may be cancelled, once capacity has been reached.
• Students with special needs may not be admitted, since we don’t have enough resources to accept them at Maktab.
• All staff, students and parents will need to comply with Maktab's policies and procedures as the year progresses and any updates made to it.
• If your payment is not going through, it maybe due extra spaces from autofill forms, please type the details and don't use autofill or please try a different credit/debit card.

More Details:

Maktab will start in September and end in June of next year.
Classes are held every Saturday from 9:30am to 2:20pm
We teach 3 core subjects, including Farsi, Quran and Islamic Studies.

We offer classes from SK to Grade 8, for those turning 6 years old and above

We use ClassDojo/WhatsApp for class communication to parents

More details will be communicated as we approach the start of the Maktab year.

Staff and TA Student's Discount Eligibility Criteria:

• Staff must have completed 1 full year of volunteering. 

• Students must be immediate family only (brother, sister, son, or daughter).
